(More customer reviews)I'd been looking for something to convert many of my LPs to ditigal formats. The iRecord is the first that makes the job simple, easy and convenient. No sound board, no having to drag the computer around the house. Just plug the iRecord into your audio set-up and play your records on the phonograph. I use a datastick for transfer to my computer and, ultimately, to my iPod via iTunes. (You can record directly to an iPod, but the interface with iTunes becomes more complicated.) The folks behind the iRecord are responsive and helpful with a less than 24-hour turnaround to my questions. All in all, a great experience. (Why 4 rather 5 stars? Just that recording LPs is not as simple as CDs and DVDs. I did have to communicate with the company, but got prompt, accurate support.)
